Hi, I’m Greg Bevan-Jones, a sixty something retired lecturer and international speaker. I have spent the past forty years travelling around the globe teaching others about communication and behaviour.
It has been an interesting and exciting career, often visiting countries that you definitely wouldn’t go to on holiday. I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world, and some of the worst. Now I have hung up my training bag, donated my suits to charity, and settled in the mountains in the land of my birth, Wales.
To write for a living has been a lifelong ambition, so now I have the opportunity. So please follow me via my blog and if you enjoy it, then share it with your friends. Please feel free to leave any comments or feedback.
After graduating from Aberystwyth University I joined the BBC in London as a news researcher hoping to one day be a television journalist. That dream was cut short when I given the opportunity to sail the world as a merchant navy officer. The idea was to travel for a couple of years and then to move back, however I was having so much I actually stayed for eight years! My job at the BBC was gone, so I returned to newspaper journalism for a few years. After many years of working overseas, in a variety of roles, I built a reputation as a lecturer in communication, specialising in the written and spoken word..
